Welcome to Seven Heavens Clinic We are a London based clinic for Integrated Medicine, Tai Chi and Qi Gong.

Please note due to the ongoing Coronavirus Lockdown the clinic is operating an Urgent care & high needs ( this is includes continuing care and maintenance of existing and underlying conditions-  we are essential healthcare providers and aim to aid our colleagues in the NHS by seeing patients who may otherwise need further medical care.  We are also supporting key workers in this difficult time.

 Our therapist are enforcing a strict pre screening procedure and strict protocols in the clinic to ensure we can provide a safe environment for your treatments.  Please note Massage treatments have been temporarily suspended.

If anyone in your household has been in close contact with one who is isolating, then we may ask you to reschedule your treatment  for a more appropriate time.  We treat a lot of vulnerable patients and their needs are urgent, the policy exist for everyone’s safety and no exceptions will be made.  If you have travelled or been to a large gathering, you may not pass our prescreening process and may have to rebook.

We have a strict cleaning policy, and clinic guidelines for our patients.  All patients must arrive in a mask, and adhere to our guidelines.  Our therapists check their temperatures throughout the day, wear PPE, clean the room and common surfaces after every single session.

we are treating patients with long Covid  we have a long history of helping people with chronic conditions.  We are able to provide a complete treatment plan for long covid, which includes acupuncture treatments, dietary advice- nutritional support, graded exercise – tai chi to aid recovery, herbal medicine referrals and more.   Awais is now taking bookings for February, Tibor is available in January.

We use Integrated Medicine in our treatments and therapies, combining Western Scientific Theory and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Each therapy is specifically tailored to the needs of the patient.

The Wu Shi Taiji and Qigong association Studio is on the ground floor, blew the clinic. This is where we teach Tai Chi and Qi Gong to supplement treatments as a complete system for health maintenance and stress management. Tai Chi classes can easily be adapted to suit elderly patients or students with special needs and learning difficulties. The martial arts syllabus is Wu Shi Taiji Quan and includes the traditional weapon forms and the fast form (Kwai Quan).

Awais Mian BSc (Hons)

Awais has a Bsc in Biological chemistry and cell biology, and traditional Chinese medicine; moxibustion and acupuncture. He  specialises  holistic and Integrated Medicine. From 2010-2017 he was a Senior Lecturer at London Southbank University, and the Confucious Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the Integrated Acupuncture Masters course. Here he was the Biomedical lead on the acupuncture course, responsible for teaching all aspects of the course.  Awais has also worked for St Joseph’s hospice in hackney, where he has supported the Complimentary therapies team and delivered tai chi and qigong classes to vulnerable service users. Awais has led on development and delivery of a RCT trial; using Tai Chi to patients with Cystic Fibrosis.  Awais is currently involved in the future development of trails building the evidence for using tai chi in the community.  Awais has had the pleasure of being a student of some of the worlds leading practioners and teacher of both tai chi and qigong, as well as traditional Chinese medicine.   Awais is a qualified in first aid, and is a member of the British acupuncture council, is a  fellow at the academy of higher education, and registered with the British council for Chinese martial arts. Awais is the vice chairman of the Wu Shi Taiji & Qigong association.

Awais has been giving a series of online talks to the British Acupuncture members, on Covid and treating Long Covid.  The talks have been aimed to help fellow therapists, gain a deeper understanding of treating long covid.  Acupuncturists across the UK have been helping people get back on their feet after having had Covid and potentially suffering with the long tail symptoms.  Awais is also leading the Wu Shi Taiji & Qigong Association community project called “Sit Stand Walk Talk”- Taiji wellbeing project.  This project works with vulnerable people-  please see https://wustyle.uk.com/community/ for more information, or contact Awais directly. 

Faisal Ahmed Mian

Wu Shi Taiji Quan and Qi Gong Secretary, Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer. Trained in stage and screen combat. Fully qualified as fitness and gym instructor. Several years experience with Primary, Secondary school and youth club services. Also provides specialised care to community centres & residential care homes.


The brothers are both 6th generation apprentices of Wu Shi Tai Ji Quan and Qi Gong. Trained in multiple therapeutic techniques and essential self defence methods, they use a syllabus that has been handed down from teacher to student for centuries. They teach group classes and personal training sessions and offer home visits as well as seminars and demonstrations.

Michael Acton

5th generation of Wu Style Taiji Quan and Qi Gong. Founder of the Wu Shi Tai Ji Quan & Qi Gong Association United Kingdom. Michael studied with Master Li Li-Qun of Shanghai. He serves as guide, mentor and friend for Awais and Faisal. Michael is currently working on his second book on Dynamic, Therapeutic and Meditational Qi Gong.
